Creamy Bacon Chicken Delight

Ingredients:
- 6 strips bacon, chopped
- 2 large chicken breasts (halved lengthwise)
- Flour, for dredging
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy (10 min). Remove and reserve 2 tbsp bacon fat.
- Season and dredge chicken.
- Sear chicken in bacon fat (4–5 min/side). Remove.
- Add broth, lemon juice, and butter. Reduce by half.
- Stir in cream. Return chicken and bacon. Simmer 5 min until thickened.
- Serve hot with desired sides.
