QCUBE STEAK WITH ONION & GRAVY

Ingredients:

4 cube steaks (about 1 lb total)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for dredging)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil or butter For the Onion Gravy:
1 large onion, sliced
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Prepare the Cube Steak:
Season the steaks:
Season the cube steaks generously with salt and pepper.

In a shallow dish, add the flour and dredge each steak in the flour, shaking off any excess.
