Crispy Stuffed Cheddar Bacon Chicken Storm Bombs
Ingredients:
4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions:
Preheat Oven: To 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Stuff Chicken: Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with the cheese and bacon mixture. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Coat Chicken: Dredge each stuffed chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Bake: Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray lightly with cooking spray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
