🧾 Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or linguine)
  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooking cream (or heavy cream)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

  1. Cook the pasta
    Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
