1 cup bulgur
1 teaspoon salt
1 small red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 carrot, grated
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
