Step 1: Preheat Your Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mashed banana granulated sugar , and melted butter until smooth and well combined.
  2. Ensure there are no large lumps of banana left in the mixture.

Step 3: Combine Dry Ingredients

  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour baking soda , and salt .
  2. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the cookies dense.

Step 4: Shape the Cookies

  1. Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion the dough into evenly sized balls.
  2. Place the dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart to allow room for spreading.
