Amandes and Apple Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 110 g almond flour or almond meal
  • 90 g rice flour
  • 60 ml maple syrup
  • 60 ml oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 apple
  • 15 ml vanilla extract
  • Orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, rice flour, baking powder, and orange zest.
  3. Grate the apple and add it to the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix in the maple syrup, oil, and vanilla extract until the dough comes together.
  5. Scoop small portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden and firm.
  7. Let them cool slightly before enjoying these delicious, egg-free, and gluten-free treats!
