Crispy Shrimp with Lime Chili Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs. Dip each shrimp into the flour, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs, pressing gently so the coating sticks.

For the air fryer, cook at 400°F (200°C) for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway. For the oven, bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10–12 minutes. For frying, cook the shrimp in hot oil for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
