Amandes and Apple Biscuits
Ingredients
- 110 g almond flour or almond meal
- 90 g rice flour
- 60 ml maple syrup
- 60 ml oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 apple
- 15 ml vanilla extract
- Orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, rice flour, baking powder, and orange zest.
- Grate the apple and add it to the dry ingredients.
- Mix in the maple syrup, oil, and vanilla extract until the dough comes together.
- Scoop small portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden and firm.
