- Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
If using spinach or meat, stir it into the cheese mixture. - Assemble the Rolls:
Lay the cooked lasagna noodles flat on a clean surface.
Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of the cheese mixture evenly over each noodle.
Roll up the noodles tightly and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish. - Add the Sauce and Cheese:
Pour marinara sauce over the rolls, covering them completely.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top. - Bake:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley or basil before serving.
