Things you need:
3 to 4 medium-sized potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tsp of salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 tsp of paprika
1 teaspoon of mixed herbs, such as Italian seasoning or oregano
A pinch of chili flakes is optional.
How to do it:
Cut your potatoes into wedges and wash them well. Leave the skin on; it makes the food even crispier.
Soak the wedges in water for 15 to 20 minutes. This will make them even crispier. Then dry them off very well.
Put the potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and herbs. Mix until everything is well covered.
Set your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) to warm it up.
Put the wedges in the basket in a single layer and don’t crowd them.
Shake the basket halfway through cooking for 18 to 22 minutes.
Take them out when they are golden and crispy, and serve them hot.
